Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier network. Once your order is dispatched, we will share available tracking details.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking and supported wallets. OBIRA does not store your card or banking details.

Use our Track Order page with your order ID or payment ID. If you need help locating your details, contact our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Important: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect. Include your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue promptly.
Product Care
Keep accessories away from water, perfume, chemicals and excessive moisture. Store them in a dry place when not in use to help preserve their finish.
